Since he was a close friend of O.J. he was involved in his personal life to a large extent since they met in the 1970s. However, being on O.J's defense team, Kardashian was not required to testify against him. After the trial was over, the pair cut ties indicating that he had his suspicions about O.J's innocence.

I found it interesting that robert kardashian didn't really think much about the murder in the first place because OJ was his friend. I wonder what he would have testified if he could have. I think that Robert kardashian was blinded by friendship and he is a loyal person who would do anything to protect his friend.
