genocide 

         acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethical, racial or religious group, as such: 

Killing members of the group- any killings to a specific group with the intent to kill. 
Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group- physically hurting or mentally hurting people of a group.
Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part- changing rules and laws to degrade a group, influencing others to conflict harm on a group. 
Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group- stopping the ability for two or more people to create a little human by law. 
Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group- taking away children from parents to put them in a different location. 

if a country , group of people, or nation shows any signs  of these definitions , can and will be stopped, but only stopped if announced the actions to be GENOCIDE.
