Mr. Dunn was wrong

In the case 3 1/2 minutes and 10 bullets the person on Trial was Mr. Dunn. He was convicted of shooting at a car in a gas station and ended up killing a young man by the name of Jordan Davis. Jordan and his friends were minding their own business when they pulled into a gas station with their music playing a little too loud. Mr. Dunn happened to pull up next to them and got really pissed off. At this point there are so many other things that he could have done or expressed towards these boys that would have made it end another way than it had. He did try and ask the boys to turn down the music, and Jordan did say no turn it back up, but that is not something to get pissed of about that much. He could have left the gas station and circled back around, or simply rolled up his damn window. I know the laws set in Florida are suppose to protect people from situations like these from happening, but there was no threat to that mans life, these are teenage boys just trying to have a good night, there is no way something bad was going to happen that night. I understand that he was found guilty, but I just feel like there was too much uncertainty in this case on which way it was going to end up, and I did not like that feeling in my body. And on top of that there wasn't even justice for Jordan. The judge was able to convict Mr. Dunn for harming the other boys that were in the car with him, but did not charge and crime with that he had done to Jordan. Which to me is absurd. He was wrong and I believe he deserved more
